In the app

• Everything you record — audio, video, photos, drawings, transcripts — is stored on your device, in Pensita’s folder (visible in the Files app).
• Speech is transcribed on your device using Apple’s speech framework. The first time, iOS may download its speech model from Apple; that download is between your device and Apple.
• If you turn on speaker identification, voices are analyzed on your device. Named voices are kept as voiceprints on your device; you can forget one or all of them in Settings.
• Pensita makes no network connections of its own.
• When you export or back up, files go only to the place you choose. If that’s iCloud Drive or another cloud folder, that service’s own privacy policy applies.
• Pensita asks for the camera and microphone because it starts recording when you open it. It records only while it’s open.
• Deleting the app deletes everything it stored, except files you exported or backed up elsewhere.

Purchases

Apple handles purchases through the App Store and shares only aggregate sales and download figures with developers. Apple’s privacy policy covers that.

This website

pensita.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. Our host, Vercel, processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don’t use that data to identify or track you.

Children

Pensita collects no data from anyone, including children.
